Logo Concepts
After dozens of sketches and ideas we narrowed down the set to the following six high-level concepts. The client loved the folder concept and the relationship with the initial P and selected this as the final direction to evolve.
Logo Development + Process
The folder concept symbolizes organization and structure for an industry rooted in legacy tools. A flexible system of marks supports multiple contexts, with a stencil-based primary mark that blends industrial character with a modern aesthetic.
Color Palette
We have a strong core color palette that is the foundation for brand identity. We also have an extended set of hues and neutral tones that can be used to create a consistent aesthetic across illustration and brand assets from the website to the product.
Supporting Illustration & Graphics
As part of the brand identity we developed an illustrative, layered graphic style that was composed of different elements from photography to iconography and typography. In all, we crafted more than 40 graphics to help visualize and articulate product features and benefits.
Secondary Illustration Style
We found the need for a secondary graphic style that was lighter, built to scale, and worked along side our primary graphics.
Product Website
Designed and developed the marketing website for Pittbos and its supplier and contractor products for the concrete and paving industry. Features and benefits that clearly highlight the value proposition were crafted to help visitors understand the product and its benefits.
